What files can I upload?
PDF or CAD drawing sets. Full sets work best: plans, enlarged kitchen plans, elevations, and schedules. We accept PDF, DWG, and DXF files, or a ZIP of them: up to 50 MB per file, 25 files per upload, and 250 MB per company per day.
What does same-day mean?
Drawings approved by 3 p.m. Eastern are returned the same day.
How do I check the numbers?
Every count in the workbook points back to the sheet it came from, and the marked-up PDF shows exactly what was counted.
Are my drawings kept private?
Yes. Drawings upload straight into private storage. Only our takeoff team can open them, through links that expire after 15 minutes, and they are never shared. Your dashboard lists the files you sent, but no one can download them from the portal. Drawings are deleted automatically 30 days after your takeoff is delivered, while your project history and finished takeoff stay in your dashboard.
